Hartge Motorsports has been around since 1971. Since 1985 Hartge has been recognized as a automobile manufacturer by the Germany Government Motor Vehicle Authority.

Hartge's view on the design is the style and performance are not mutually exclusive. Indeed, Hartge has only one objective: Perfection of both desgin and function.
